A 6-Week Grounded Transmission Course
Learn how to safely guide others toward the same essence you live from — without fixing, forcing, or becoming someone they depend on.
.
This is not a course about awakening people. It is a course about not interfering with what is already present.
.
.
Many who live from their true essence eventually feel a quiet call to support others. Not to teach techniques. Not to lead followers. But to hold space where recognition may arise naturally.
.
Yet this work carries real risk when done without grounding, discernment, and ethical clarity. This course exists to ensure that no harm is done — to students or to you.
.
Why This Course Exists:
In the spiritual and non-dual world, many people begin “teaching” far too soon. What follows is often:
ungrounded insight
emotional bypassing
nervous-system overwhelm
teacher–student dependency
subtle authority and identity inflation
None of this is malicious. Most of it comes from good intentions without maturity.
Teaching Spiritual Essence was created to address this gap. This is a training in humility, safety, discernment, and presence — not in methods or performance.
.
Who This Course Is For:
This course is for you if:
You live from a clear sense of Spiritual Essence
Others naturally come to you for support or conversation
You feel a call to guide — but do not want to harm
You are more interested in holding space than being seen as a teacher
You want to trust essence rather than imitate styles or frameworks
.
This course is not for you if:
You want a certification, title, or authority
You want to awaken, heal, or fix others
You rely on techniques, scripts, or spiritual performance
You are seeking validation, identity, or belonging through teaching
This work requires maturity and honesty.
.
What This Course Teaches:
Over six carefully structured weeks, you will learn how to:
Know who is teachable — and who is not
Refuse students cleanly and ethically
Ground all work in nervous-system safety
Recognise signs of destabilisation and bypass
Hold space without rescuing, fixing, or directing
Trust essence to guide your unique teaching style
Prevent dependency and authority projection
End teaching relationships cleanly and respectfully
Nothing here is about becoming “better.” Everything here is about becoming quieter, clearer, and safer.
.
The Course Structure:
Week 1 — The Ground You Teach From.
Clarify the inner motivations to teach. Release saviour identity, outcome-attachment, and subtle superiority. Stabilise humility and non-authority.
Week 2 — Knowing the Right Student.
Learn to recognise genuine readiness. Understand contraindications. Release the urge to convince or persuade.
Week 3 — Grounding the Work.
Anchor insight in the body and nervous system. Prevent dissociation, bypass, and emotional collapse. Learn when depth is inappropriate.
Week 4 — Holding Space.
Discover what true space-holding actually is. Learn to stay present with discomfort without fixing or guiding. Let intensity resolve naturally.
Week 5 — Letting Essence Teach.
Release imitation and performance.
Allow your natural teaching style to emerge. Learn when silence is the clearest transmission.
Week 6 — Ethics, Integration & Continuation.
Understand power dynamics and authority projection. Learn how to end teaching relationships well. Know when to pause, stop, or refer out.
.
What Makes This Course Different:
No scripts
No techniques
No spiritual hierarchy
No promises of outcomes
This course does not teach you what to say.
It teaches you when to speak, when to stay silent, and when to step back entirely.
.
What You Will Leave With:
By the end of this course, you will have:
Deep discernment
Ethical clarity
Grounded confidence without authority
Respect for timing and readiness
The ability to hold space safely
Trust in essence rather than personality
You will not feel more important.
You will feel less in the way.
.
Certification & Titles:
There are none.
No certificates.
No badges.
No public validation.
This work does not lend itself to hierarchy.
.
A Final Word:
If at any point this path feels like becoming someone — stop.
Spiritual Essence does not need representation. It needs less interference. If you feel the quiet resonance of this work, you are welcome here.
Important Information
Do you qualify?
This course is designed to support others in recognising and resting as their Spiritual Essence. It is not a technique-based training or a personal development program. Because of the nature of this work, entry is selective. Not all applicants will be accepted.
Before applying, please take time to reflect honestly on the following. These are not ideals to aspire to, but capacities that are already lived.
You have been guided by another into a direct recognition of Spiritual Essence, beyond concepts or experiences.
You regularly rest as Spiritual Essence, rather than seeking or returning to it as a state.
This recognition is embodied in daily life and relationship, not limited to meditation or formal practice.
You are comfortable sitting in silence with another, including when they are distressed, uncertain, or emotionally activated.
You can remain present without moving to fix, reassure, interpret, or rescue what is arising.
If you are currently seeking resolution for your own awakening instability, emotional crisis, or inner confusion, this course is not the appropriate container at this time.
This work requires steadiness, humility, and a lived intimacy with presence itself. It is intended for those who can offer orientation through being, rather than guidance through instruction.
This course is not an end point.
Those who complete "Teaching Spiritual Essence" are encouraged to offer this work onward — guiding others toward essence in the same grounded, ethical way they have been trained.
.
This may be offered:
one-to-one
in small groups
in quiet, conversational formats
without branding, hierarchy, or performance
.
Charging a Fee:
It is appropriate — and encouraged — to charge a fee for this work. Charging is not about authority or status.
It is a clean energetic exchange that:
supports grounded commitment from the student
prevents unconscious dependency
honours time, presence, and responsibility
keeps the work rooted in real life
Fees are set by the facilitator, in alignment with:
their life circumstances
the context of the offering
the simplicity of the work
There is no prescribed price, no scaling model, and no income promise.
.
Important Ethical Orientation:
Offering this work does not mean:
claiming special status
presenting yourself as awakened
positioning yourself as an authority
promising outcomes or transformation
You are not teaching awakening. You are holding space where recognition may arise. Students are guided back to their own direct knowing — not toward you.
.
Lineage & Representation:
This work carries no lineage, certification, or hierarchy. Graduates do not represent a brand, a school, or a method. They do not teach for this course. They simply offer presence, discernment, and grounded guidance — in their own voice, in their own way.
.
A Final Reminder:
If offering this work ever begins to feel like:
becoming someone
maintaining an identity
protecting a role
or being needed
The invitation is to pause.
Essence does not need representation. Only honesty, grounding, and care.
.
This course will be offered many times per year, so please be sure you are ready for it, if not you may consider a later time.

LIMITED NUMBER OF STUDENTS
For those that wish to organise their own private time or small group
You’ll be guided through the same living teachings, offered with the same care, clarity, and depth—this time within a private setting, away from the wider circle of a public group. The learning unfolds in a more personal atmosphere, shaped around your needs, your timing, and designed to support those in different time zones. When shared with four or more participants, the cost becomes lighter, allowing this quieter, more contained experience to remain accessible, while preserving the integrity, intimacy, and quiet power of the shared exploration.
