Much of life is spent trying to change what we experience — to understand ourselves, resolve our struggles, find answers or become something more.... There is a far more natural way...
A better way of seeing, a better way of living
I recently attended a Spiritualist church service, and I found myself feeling two things: boredom and frustration, even though the medium was excellent and the messages accepted.
The boredom came from the predictable nature of the service. The frustration came from seeing something important slowly losing its vitality through repetition.
The format was familiar. A little spiritual philosophy, some healing energy, two, three or four songs, a goodwill offering, and the mediumship demonstration.
Sometimes the medium delivers messages to members of the congregation. Sometimes the medium holds a flower and gives messages through that process.
The details change, but the experience remains much the same.
People sit and wait, sometimes for a couple of hours, hoping to receive a five-minute message from a loved one in spirit.
And next week, it happens again.
I began wondering: Is mediumship dead, or have we lost sight of what it was supposed to offer us?

Imagine a clock. A twelve-hour clock.
Now imagine it isn’t measuring a day. It’s measuring many lifetimes.
Each hour is one lesson. One thing to learn.
And it doesn’t take one life to learn it. It might take sixty.
Sixty lifetimes. For one hour.
That’s not a punishment. That’s just how deep a lesson goes.

Nanci Trivellato explores his views and theories on what lies beyond ordinary physical reality.
If any of this newsletter described you, try this tonight — it takes three minutes.
Before you sleep, ask yourself: "What am I still trying to fix about myself?" Don't answer it. Just let the question sit, unresolved, as you fall asleep.
That's it. No journalling, no analysis. The point isn't the answer — it's noticing how much energy usually goes into needing one.

First we go Inwards - Experience the Shift Internally - Then Live the Shift
A woman I’ll call Anne came to me after eleven years of seeking.
She had done many retreats. She read 100's of books. She could name every teacher worth naming.
In our first session she said, “I’m tired. And I’m afraid that if I stop, I’ll lose it all.”
I asked her what “it” was.
She went quiet. Then she said, “I don’t know. I’ve never checked.”
We spent the next hour not looking for anything. No technique. No practice. Just her, and that one question.
At the end she said, “Nothing’s missing. I kept running because I thought I had to get somewhere"
She didn’t leave her path. She stopped chasing it.
What are you afraid you’ll lose if you stop trying?
... for all things Spiritual.
