That question is not confusion. It is a calling.
The Spiritual Heart is a twelve month journey for those who feel the pull towards sacred service - not as a role, not as a profession, but as the most honest expression of everything that has opened in them.
This is not a course about techniques or frameworks. It is a year of becoming — of strengthening the heart that wants to serve until it is open enough, steady enough, and unafraid enough to carry the light into another person's darkest hour without flinching, without fixing, and without retreat.

What the year looks like
The Spiritual Heart runs across twelve months of live weekly Zoom sessions. Twelve genuine months of work with natural breaks built in between.
There will not be any sessions during April and September... The breaks are times of extended private practice.
The work you do needs time to settle in your life before the next month begins. The breaks are not gaps in the program — they are part of it.

Each month follows the same four-week rhythm:

Week One — The Transmission
A live channelled session oriented around that month's theme. Not prepared content. What wants to move through moves through. You receive it in real time, in community, and it will go where it needs to go.

Week Two — Making it Real
The transmission meets practical life. This week takes what arrived in Week One and grounds it in the specific, real, sometimes messy territory of holding others. How does this actually show up in your life? What does it ask of you in practice? Where does it challenge what you thought you understood?

Week Three — The Circle
This is the heart of the whole year.
You bring what is alive — a situation you are holding, a moment where you didn't know what to do, a person whose pain you couldn't quite meet, a doubt about your own readiness, something the month has surfaced that you haven't known how to carry.
The circle receives it. Not to solve it. Not to advise. Not to fix. To witness it together — and to let the collective field do what no individual can do alone.
This is where the real learning happens. Not in the teaching. In the bringing.

Week Four — The Reflection
The month completes itself. Privately, honestly, you sit with what this month asked of you. What shifted. What remains. What the work is revealing about you. A brief written reflection, held lightly in the group. The door closes gently on one month and opens on the next.

We will be together for eight of those twelve months. That is thirty-two sessions.

This is not a course to complete but the development of a practice you inhabit.
This is not for everyone.
Before entry, you will be given a few small task to complete — as an honest encounter with yourself and the work. It will tell you more about your readiness than any application form could.
This journey asks that you already have some relationship with your own inner life — a meditation or stillness practice, some experience of your own depth, and the basic stability to be present to another person's pain without being destabilised by it.
You don't need to be healed. You need to be grounded.

The first is a straightforward financial investment in the year ahead.
The second offers a reduced investment in exchange for something else entirely — a commitment of time and genuine service to someone outside your existing circles, completed before January begins.
Neither path is more worthy than the other. They simply ask different things of you.
