By purchasing or participating in Middle of Awakening (MOA), including Phase 1 or Phase 2, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
MOA provides educational orientation and group-based awareness support for individuals navigating the middle phase of spiritual or existential awakening.
MOA is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, medical treatment, crisis intervention, or coaching. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any psychological or medical condition.
All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
By participating in MOA, you acknowledge that:
You are responsible for your own mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
You will seek appropriate professional support if needed.
If you are experiencing acute psychological distress, suicidal ideation, or a mental health crisis, you will contact a qualified health professional or emergency service.
Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
Phase 1 is delivered as pre-recorded digital content.
Access is granted upon purchase. Refunds are governed by the refund policy stated at time of purchase.
Content may not be shared, distributed, copied, or reproduced without written permission.
Phase 2 is a live group orientation container.
Participants agree to:
Attend respectfully.
Maintain confidentiality of other participants.
Not record sessions.
Take responsibility for their own participation.
MOA reserves the right to remove a participant if behaviour disrupts the integrity of the container. In such cases, refund decisions remain at MOA’s discretion.
All pricing is stated in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Refunds are governed by the refund policy outlined on the relevant program page at time of purchase.
After the stated refund window has passed, payments are non-refundable.
Phase 2 is a shared group space.
While participants are asked to maintain confidentiality, MOA cannot guarantee the actions of individual participants.
You agree not to share personal information disclosed by others during live sessions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
MOA and its facilitator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damages arising from participation.
Participation is undertaken at your own responsibility.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
MOA reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
