That is what this course is about.

Not the story of your grief — you have told that story enough times. What lives underneath the story. What has been waiting, patiently and faithfully, to be seen.

Grief and Loss to Purpose and Meaning is a twelve-week live online journey that walks you through grief — from the weight of what was taken to the future that becomes possible when you stop carrying it alone.

It is divided into two distinct halves.

Part One: The Weight — six weeks of honest descent.

You will name what was taken. You will walk beside it. You will write to your grief directly — not about it, around it, or through it. To it. As if it has something to say back. Because it does.

Part Two: The Future — six weeks of genuine emergence.

Not forced optimism. Not the performance of having healed. The real thing. The slow, quiet discovery of who you are now — and what your life, having been broken open by this, is now preparing you for.

At the centre of the journey — at Week 6 — there is a ceremony.

A sealing. A moment when what needed to be said has been said, and is honoured, completed, and held. Not destroyed. Not forgotten. Held.

This is not therapy. This is not a course about your story. This is not a space where you will be fixed or managed or encouraged to feel better before you are ready.

This is a space where grief is welcome — in whatever form it arrived, at whatever stage it is in, however long you have been carrying it. And where something on the other side of it is waiting to be found.
